All rentals include the following services and amenities

  • Fluent English speaking greeter waiting for you in the apartment upon arrival to give you a full tour of your rental and answer all questions.
  • 24/7 service by phone for troubleshooting.
  • Detailed Guidebook of your apartment, your neighborhood and Budapest in general including restaurant, bar, shopping and time out recommendations for all occasions
  • Unlimited free High Speed Internet wireless WIFI connection
  • Maid once a week for rentals of two weeks or longer, includes change of bed linen, towels and cleaning of apartment. (Additional maid service available upon request)
  • Telephones with unlimited local calls and incoming calls. Different phone package with long distance service is available upon request for more than 1 month rental. Additionally, temporary mobile phones can be provided upon request for an additional cost.
  • Flat screen color television with remote control and cable stations (in many units multiple televisions are included)
  • DVD player
  • Stereo systems – with CD players and most with iPod or MP3 hook up
  • Fully equipped kitchen, glassware, dishes, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, pots, pans, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, stove. Many units are equipped with dishwashers and garbage disposals as well.
