Living and kitchen areas

The first floor of the flat features an amazing living room with two story high cathedral ceiling covered with antique wooden panels hand painted with Transylvanian folk art, a winding stair case with a carved railing and 7 meter height floor to ceiling windows. Off of the central living room are 2 rounded rooms which currently serve as a sitting room/art gallery space and music room, and a spacious dining room for 8-10 persons with fireplace and coffee corner. Connecting through lovely French doors from the dining room is a spacious kitchen and breakfast area with all new appliances and conveniences and a small balcony. Bedrooms and bathrooms

The winding open staircase that leads up from the living room takes you to the second floor where all of the bedrooms and bathrooms are located. It has all the amenities and views of the residential Buda hills with the conveniences of an urban city center. The apartment is a two minute walk from the Millenaris park and cultural center where there are numerous culinary and art festivals, play grounds, concerts and lots of other events; and a five minute walk from all the conveniences of the Feny utca fresh food market and the Mammut shopping center with its cinema, grocery stores, clothing shops, banks, restaurants etc.

The Szell Kalman transportation hub is just across the street from Mammut and along the side streets you can find flower shops, pharmacies, bakeries, cafes, health food shops and even a Starbucks. Also within 2 blocks of the flat are tennis courts, football fields, a running track, and an ice skating rink in winter. And the tram at the end of the street takes you to the Margit Sziget or the center of downtown Pest in a matter of minutes.
