Description

The apartment is situated in a beautiful, recently renovated historic building, halfway between the green heart of the city, the Citypark and busy downtown Oktogon. The windows are facing a quiet, tree lined street. The building has beautiful gardens in the inner courtyard, where you can enjoy the sunshine.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, easily accessible on foot but there is also an elevator. The sunny and bright living room and master bedroom are facing the quiet street. The guest bedroom is facing the inner courtyard.

The master bedroom is directly connected to the living room and has an en-suite bathroom, with a bathtub.

The guest bedroom has a fold out sofa bed and is connected to the kitchen. The second bathroom has a shower.

All the furniture, combining modern and antique pieces, just as the artwork featured in the apartment have been carefully selected with great taste.

The apartment is in the diplomatic neighborhood of Pest, close to the great Varosliget Park/City Park, perfect for morning runs or afternoon hangouts including Széchenyi Spa, the newly finished House of Music and the Zoo. Also, some of Budapest's best museums on Heroes' Square are just a few minute's walk away. With 15 minutes stroll down on Andrássy you can find yourself in the center of town with many restaurants, cafés and bars offering local and international specialties.
