There is very limited car traffic in front of the building, and the area is full of shops, hip bars and restaurants, and the famous pedestrian street of the city, all in walking distance.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, easily accessible on foot but there is also an elevator. The sunny and bright living room and master bedroom are facing the quiet street. The guest bedroom is facing the inner courtyard.

The master bedroom is directly connected to the living room and to the bathroom, featuring a spacious walk-in shower.
